FAQs

  • We offer personalized piano lessons in the comfort of your own home. Our instructors travel to you, providing a convenient and stress-free learning environment for students. This allows you or your child to learn in a familiar and relaxed setting, making it easier to focus on progress and enjoyment.

  • At Naji Music School, we welcome students of all ages, from young beginners as young as 3 to adult learners and even those in their 80s. Whether you’re a child just starting your musical journey or an adult looking to refine your skills, our experienced instructors are here to guide you every step of the way. No matter your age or skill level, we’re committed to helping you achieve your musical goals.

  • After the free trial lesson (20-30 minutes), you can choose between 30, 45, or 60-minute sessions, tailored to your needs and goals. The basic 30-minute lesson with any instructor at Naji Music School costs $50.

  • After your free trial lesson, if you decide to continue, you’ll receive a monthly invoice at the start of each month. Payment is due before your first lesson of the new month to secure your lesson times. If you need to cancel a lesson, any credits for the missed session will automatically be applied to your next month’s invoice. We aim to make the payment process simple and flexible for our students.

  • Yes, you can absolutely start your piano lessons with a keyboard! While we recommend using a keyboard with standard-size and weighted keys to best replicate the feel of an acoustic piano, we understand that many students begin with what they have available. As you progress, having weighted keys can improve your technique and provide a more authentic learning experience, but we are happy to help you start your musical journey with any keyboard.

  • We understand that illness and unexpected events happen. While we do have a 24-hour cancellation policy to ensure smooth scheduling and respect for our instructors’ time, we ask that you try to notify us as early as possible. Last-minute cancellations can create gaps in your instructor’s schedule, especially since they travel to students’ homes. To honor their time and commitment, we compensate our instructors for lessons canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice. However, we always aim to be flexible and understanding, so please reach out if you have concerns.
